I also want to say the issue with display resolution appears when using my
laptop's dGPU (NVIDIA RTX 4050). After switching to the AMD iGPU, the problem
resolved, and I was able to see all available resolutions with 60Hz and 144Hz
options too. This issue has never occurred before in over a year of using the
laptop with the dGPU, which suggests it might be related to an NVIDIA bug.

EDID: https://pastebin.com/PKsFBwif
Modes: https://pastebin.com/S22f9TZm

If this has nothing to do with kde at all i might report this to nvidia forums.
