SUMMARY
UTF-8 characters are not properly encoded, it seems.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add People Končelová to a picture
2. The people name is properly displayed in the Tags pane
3. Read the picture information from a shell command, using a tag parser (for
example exiftool), the name of the person stored on the image is Kon�?elová
OBSERVED RESULT
The name of the person stored in the image is Kon�?elová instead of Končelová
EXPECTED RESULT
The name of the person stored should be Končelová
