If you are running the Plasma desktop, you need to install plasma-integration and frameworks-integration. kde-runtime is from KDE4, and won't help with kdenlive. If you are not running Plasma, you can force using the KDE dialog by running kdenlive with the XDG_CURRENT_DESKTOP=KDE variable.
