The weather widget always disappears after reboot. I'm on Wayland.

But I can't find an open bug.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add the weather widget to the Desktop
2. Reboot
OBSERVED RESULT
Weather widget is gone
EXPECTED RESULT
Weather widget still there
