Bug ID: 501164
Summary: Unplugging the mouse doesn't hide the cursor anymore
Classification: Plasma
Product: kwin
Version: unspecified
Platform: Fedora RPMs
OS: Linux
Status: REPORTED
Severity: normal
Priority: NOR
Component: wayland-generic
Assignee: [email protected]
Reporter: [email protected]
Target Milestone: ---
Before KDE Plasma <6.3, the mouse cursor/pointer would not appear on the screen
if the mouse was not plugged in. If you plugged a mouse in, the pointer would
appear immediately. If you unplugged the mouse, the pointer would disappear
immediately. This was wonderful.
In the new version, after I unplug the mouse, the pointer stays on the screen
and can't be moved.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Unplug mouse (or boot computer with mouse disconnected)
OBSERVED RESULT
The useless cursor remains on the screen
EXPECTED RESULT
The cursor should not appear on the screen
