imagine that, a fresh install WITH updates gives me this.root@T3400:~# apt-get
install discover
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
discover is already the newest version (2.1.2-7ubuntu1).
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

So 16.4.1 is not a current version....but an old broken one that needs to be
updated.very nice
