SUMMARY
"Tags already assigned" button in the Captions Tab makes Tags reset their
Collapse/Expand state in the Tags Tree.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have many Tags with sub-tags in the Tags tree.
2. Change some of the ones that have sub-tags to be Expanded or collapsed.
3. Turn the "Tags already assigned" button On and Off.
OBSERVED RESULT
The Tags that have sub-tags that had their Collapse/Expand state altered after
the start of the app, return to the state they were at the beginning of the
application. If they were collapsed for example and the user expanded them, the
toggle of the "Tags already assigned" button reverts them back to the collapsed
state, as they were when the app started.
EXPECTED RESULT
The "Tags already assigned" button should not affect the state of
Collapse/Expand of the sub-tags in the Tags Tree.
