SUMMARY
Lack of BT.1866 support causes color to render incorrectly when using direct
scanout, such as with mpv --vo=dmabuf-wayland.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play a video with mpv --vo=dmabuf-wayland
OBSERVED RESULT
2. The color changes depending on whether direct scanout is enabled in
fullscreen or not (such as moving the mouse, or exiting fullscreen)
EXPECTED RESULT
3. Color remains consistent
