plasma--shell 5.8.4 - early notifications persist after Splash Screen
When I start up Plasma 5 now - I often get a notification that my:
"Touchpad was disabled because a mouse was plugged in"
during the Splash Screen initialisation process. As expected...
However with plasma-shell 5.8.4 this notification will just stay hanging at the
top of the screen - in front of all other windows. Even restarting both Kwin
and Plasmashell does not completely remove this popup window... I still see a
persist outline of the popup notification. It also survives suspend-resume
cycles...
