STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load a website with your browser
2. disconnect from internet
3. drag the url load in the step 1 and drop it on desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
cursor gets stuck at "loading" state when moved over Plasma. Restarting Plasma
with "plasmashell --restart" fixes the cursor.
