SUMMARY
- clean fedora installation
- immediately segfaults on new boot after clean install
- keeps segfaulting on reboot
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install fedora kde spin 41
OBSERVED RESULT
plasmashell segfaults, even after logging out and rebooting
EXPECTED RESULT
plasma doesn't segfaults
