SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install the current Intel 620 GPU driver
2. Install Digikam
3. Enable opencl hardware acceleration
4. Restart and see "OpenCL No" in components information
OBSERVED RESULT
Displays "openCL availability: no" in components/openCV"
EXPECTED RESULT
It should list Intel 620 GPU and possibly (secondary) Intel i5 7xxx CPU

Windows: 24H2 (26120.3671)

(available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a terminal window)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I worked around this issue months ago via driver-reinstall and installing
additional opencl (CPU) support from Intel. This time, it didn't change
anything. I can build or test a git version if needed.
