SUMMARY
In the Recent files KCM, when the list of applications is disabled, there
shouldn't be a rollover highlight effect when moving the mouse within the list.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Navigate to Recent Files
3. Make sure "Remember opened documents" is not set to "Only for specific
application"
4. Move the mouse within the list of applications below

OBSERVED RESULT
The background rectangle is highlighted for each application as the mouse rolls
over it.

EXPECTED RESULT
No rollover highlighting.
