SUMMARY
It still works, but it feels like this shouldn't happen with a CLI tool. Also
goes against https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=491215.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
$ kinfo
OBSERVED RESULT
What looks a lot like `systemsettings kcm_about-distro`, but without the System
Settings chrome.
EXPECTED RESULT
No flashes.
