SUMMARY
It is only shown after releasing the mouse and the toolbar shows. I often use
Spectacle as a measuring tool :)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Meta+Shift+PrtScr
2. Drag a selection
OBSERVED RESULT
Only a selection rect, no size info
EXPECTED RESULT
Selection rect with size info as in the old version
