Given that Tumbleweed and Kubuntu are both affected and they have completely
unrelated packaging, it's at least not distro specific.

The message should only be printed once for each attempt the .socket unit is
started. If that happens in a loop, something triggers systemd reloads or
reexecs. Please try "systemctl --user log-level debug" to get some more
detailed logs for why this is triggered.
