Flickering window menu
SUMMARY
The window context menu triggered with alt+f3 or right clicking the window
titlebar now flickers heavily when hovered, disregarding whether the blur
effect is on or not, and also after logging out and back in.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. alt+f3
2. hover

flicker
