I've been having the same issue ( https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=484366
). I have two panels on the left monitor, and one on the right, and on every
boot they all jump to the right (primary) monitor. On 6.3.3 it was every
*second or third boot*, which was very strange, but now with 6.3.5 it seems to
be on every boot, but not when waking from locked/sleep.

I'm confident it's *not* the entire screen being messed up - upon waking from
sleep, windows will frequently be shoved in between the two screens or off the
bottom (which is a separate *problem* [deserving of a separate report], but
could indicate a shared *cause*). Auto launched windows *on boot* appear in the
expected spots on both monitors.
I can't comment on the Virtual Desktops widget as I don't use it, but task
managers in the panel work as expected, which was an issue previously.
