SUMMARY
I wanted to created a "folder" for my music apps on the desktop using the
folder view widget. Every time I dragged an app/file to the widget the deskop
as a whole freezes. It happens on the folder view layout in the wallpaper
setting. Does not happen on desktop. See also:

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure layout in the wallpaper settings is set to "folder view"
2. Add "folder view widget" to the desktop
3. Drag apps/files into it
OBSERVED RESULT
desktop hangs
EXPECTED RESULT
desktop not to hang
