Eevee, if you can still reproduce this issue in Plasma 6.3.5 or later, it would
be great if you could mention whether it happens in a Wayland session as well,
or if it's X11-specific behavior for you. If it's X11-specific behavior, then
it's likely there's nothing we can practically do about it, since X11 apps have
more power over this kind of thing than they do on Wayland, which lets them
cause more mischief of this type.
