I can reproduce on my Fedora KDE 42 device with KDE stuff built from source:

Gwenview: 25.07.70
KDE Frameworks: 6.16.0
Qt: Using 6.9.1 and built against 6.9.1
Fedora Linux 42 (KDE Plasma Desktop Edition) (Wayland)
Kernel: linux 6.14.9-300.fc42.x86_64
