SUMMARY
This is a feature I use often on other wheather providers to e.g. see when
exactly it starts to rain and thus be back from from a walk.
I checked 2 backends (weather.com and Deutscher Wetterdienst) and neither of
them had this implemented. If there are backends that already have this, then
I'll change this to a provider-dependant bug
