Summary: Wallpaper Picture of the day does not apply
positioning to Today's picture preview correctly

Example of the "Centered" option
The Today's picture section gives a preview of the current picture and of the
Positioning option selected. However, the positioning displayed in the preview
does not line up with what the wallpaper will look like when applied at all.
This is very confusing.
My machine has one 1920x1080p display at 100% scaling and the current image is
3294x4554px (other similarly large images will display similar behavior).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings Wallpaper
2. Select "Picture of the Day" as the Wallpaper type.
3. Select a provider that works and has decently large images (e.g. Astronomy
(NASA))
4. Select the "Scaled" Positioning option and apply it.
5. Compare what is displayed in the Today's picture preview and how the
wallpaper actually looks like.
OBSERVED RESULT
The wallpaper uses "Scaled", but the preview in Today's picture seems to be
using "Scaled and Cropped."
EXPECTED RESULT
Today's picture uses the same type of scaling as is applied to the wallpaper.
NOTE:
Here's a list how the different positioning options are displayed in the
Today's picture preview:
- "Scaled and Cropped" is displayed correctly.
- "Scaled" is displayed as Scaled and Cropped.
- "Scaled, keep Proportions" is displayed correctly.
- "Centered" is displayed as a zoomed-in + centered version of the image.
- "Tiled", same as "Centered"

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
