In many parts of the system we can download new services / themes / colors /
icons.
Mainly in the "Colors & Themes" sub-sections, but also in Dolphin to download
new services and so on.
However, there is no centralized / single way to view everything you have
downloaded for all applicable apps / settings. Therefore, I suggest a section
in the system settings to view everything and manage it from there (install /
uninstall / update etc.).
