Screenshot of the system tray settings window.

SUMMARY
This is a feature request to make a system tray section toggle-able. This will
be a huge quality of life change for those who like to customize their system
tray.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Right click on panel
2. Click on show panel configuration
3. In the system tray widget (it is there by default, if not, add one) go to
edit
4. In the tray settings go to entries.

OBSERVED RESULT
I can only toggle induvidual entries, and for apps, it shows only the currently
running apps, so If I open a new app, I have to toggle it off.

EXPECTED RESULT
To be able to toggle an entire section in the system tray settings.
