SUMMARY
When using es_PE.UTF-8 locale kcalc produces wrong results when using decimal
values.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Write 1.1 + 1.1
2. The result preview shows 2,2 (using a comma)
3. Pressing = (or enter) converts the result to 22
OBSERVED RESULT
The result of 1.1+1.1 is shown as 22
EXPECTED RESULT
The result must be 2.2

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
As a workaround if i launch kcalc with LC_NUMERIC=C or LC_NUMERIC=en_US.UTF-8
it works correctly.
