Crackling audio when scrolling even when recording
When changing the volume either by scrolling the icon or moving the slider, the
audio crackles loudly and sounds harsh. This does not give a good first
impression about it being a polished DE.
It is reproducible on multiple machines, and other users have confirmed the
same issue.
It even happens on video recording (attached)

I am using Plasma 6.4 on Arch but this problem has existed for atleast 2 years
and on every Distro.
