Bug ID: 506035 Summary: Screens are squashed in Spectacle when all screens are visible Classification: Applications Product: Spectacle Version First 6.4.0 Reported In: Platform: Fedora RPMs OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: major Priority: NOR Component: General Assignee: noaha...@gmail.com Reporter: jasmin+...@jasminchen.dev CC: k...@david-redondo.de Target Milestone: --- Created attachment 182552 --> https://bugs.kde.org/attachment.cgi?id=182552&action=edit Taken SUMMARY After the update to Plasma 6.4 and the Spectacle overhaul, I'm actually no longer able to make meaningful screenshots. The current windows are squashed (hard to explain, see screenshots) and overlap the actual content. This happens on all three connected screens simultaneously. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open Spectacle by pressing the screenshot key (PrntScrn or so, the default) OBSERVED RESULT The current screens are weirdly squashed, it's impossible to make meaningful screenshots. Furthermore, the displayed screen does not match the actual screenshot, as seen on the photo of my screen. EXPECTED RESULT I should be able to create a normal screenshot and select a proper region, even if I'm using a multi-monitor setup.
