Reproduce:
1. Go to the System Settings > General Behavior > Change the Drag and Drop to
"Move if on the same device"
2. Open Dolphin and drag and drop a file in the same directory.
The icon remains the 'Copy' icon, whereas it should display the 'Hand holding'
icon, as it does when you hold the Shift key while dragging.
