My main (and only) panel is placed on top of the screen.
When windows are maximized it looks alright.
But sometimes windows that should have been placed right underneath the top
panel (as they are in X) are being placed where both the screen and the panel
start. The result is the window being covered by the panel in it's first couple
of dozens pixels.
This applies to e.g. krunner, yakuake.
