SUMMARY
When inside a panel, Window List widget can no longer switch windows when
selecting a window entry.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add Window List widget into a panel
2. Click on Window List widget
3. Select a window entry
OBSERVED RESULT
Focused window isn't switched to the selected window entry.
EXPECTED RESULT
Focused window is switched to the selected window entry.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Window switching works fine if Window List widget is not in a panel.
