SUMMARY
After updating Plasma to 6.4, plasmashell is not responding to left mouse
clicks. It responds to right click and middle click. This issue affects all
plasmashell components as well as the right click menu of those components
(i.e. left clicks are also not registered in the right click menu of
plasmashell components). Some other parts of the desktop are effected, e.g. in
konsole. The issue persists on both my laptop's trackpad and external mouse. I
am on openSUSE, but another user on Arch is experiencing the same problem after
