SUMMARY
Pre 6.4 a minimized app could be brought back by Double Click on the Icon in
the System Tray. DblClick no longer does anythng. However "WinKey-leftclick"
does un-minimize the app.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In an app (ie thunderbird) click "V" - minimize
2. Go to SysTray - DblClick on Icon
3. Click-click click-click click-click until the cows come home
OBSERVED RESULT
Double Click does nothing

App un-minimized
