Video of panel slightly rescaling on hover
SUMMARY
At specific scaling levels (I only found 115% so far) and resolutions
(1920x1080), the panel is slightly rescaled by hovering applets and letting
them show the tooltips. When you hover the whole row of applets, the panel
appears to vibrate. See attached video.
