SUMMARY
The PC does not boot after upgrade to kernel linux-image-6.11.0-28-generic
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade kernel to linux-image-6.11.0-28-generic
2. Try to boot the computer
OBSERVED RESULT
The monitor shows the message not signal. The PC not responds, nor to change a
terminal using alt-F3, nothing
EXPECTED RESULT
Computer boots and show the login screen

Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE neon User Edition 24.04 Noble
KDE Plasma Version: 6.4.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.15.0
Qt Version: 6.9.0
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hardware CPU AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-Core, video, AMD Radeon RX 7600 Motherboard
Asus TUF B650. I tried with AMD amdgpu drivers and mesa ones.
I can not find any info in boot.log nor with journald logs. The failed boot
logs are not recorded and cannot be viewed when booting with the old kernel.
