I only want it to run when I choose to run it. An app that starts itself and drains charge in the background is not what I expect from KDE - honestly having been a user for 20+ years this puts me off the whole ecosystem -- apps that load without request and don't have a setting to turn that off? Why?? It's very useful when you need it, but I see notifications every other day that it's running yet only use it once a month at most. Maybe it's Android, because apps I want to run in the background get closed! In short, it sounds like the same issue, it appears in the background apps list.
