Clicking an irc:// url in Firefox (e.g. irc://irc.freenode.org/#konversation on
https://www.kde.org/applications/internet/konversation/ below "Contact the
authors") with an already running Konversation instance results and some
channels on the linked server already open only results in Konversation window
activated, but not in the linked channel being entered.
