The "paste" action of actually moving files is performed by dolphin, without it
it can't happen (it could but that would be VERY complicated), like the fact
that the operation is cut or copy is only tracked by dolphin.

Furthermore in Wayland, Clipboard content is not copied but stays in the
application and transmitted only on demand. This prevents data leakage between
application.
