KCommandBar glitched pixels

SUMMARY

At the bottom of KCommandBar there may be a line of pixels left from previous
draw calls.

X11, Monitor's global scaling: 150%

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Invoke KCommandBar (Ctrl+Alt+I)
2. Scroll up and down

OBSERVED RESULT
A line of glitched/stale pixels.

EXPECTED RESULT
No artifacts should remain.
