STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have 2 or more virtual desktops
2. have one of them be in a fullscreen window
3. switch virtual desktops
OBSERVED RESULT
The taskbar doesn't disappear until the animation is finished and if both
windows are in fullscreen the taskbar still appears
EXPECTED RESULT
The taskbar not appearing when both windows are in fullscreen and when one of
them is but the other isn't it should have a transition
