Translation:
It would be very helpful if you could define a default zoom factor for the map
view in the geolocation module in the digiKam settings. This would prevent the
map from zooming in too much when opened or falling back to an inappropriate
zoom level. Alternatively, the map could also automatically center itself on an
individually definable map section (e.g. with bookmark) – regardless of whether
an image with GPS data is currently selected.
