SUMMARY
shake cursor activates in osu lazer after 0f516bb1 and alt tabbing at least
once. Does not happen in plasma 6.4.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the game
2. Alt tab out of the game and back in. ( Without alt tabbing at least once the
shake cursor does NOT activate)
3. Shake cursor
OBSERVED RESULT
I see the ingame cursor as well as the plasma cursor enlarged.
EXPECTED RESULT
Shake cursor does not activate, as it did before
