SUMMARY
Some applications in fullscreen flicker (white or black frame) when moving
cursor between monitors or interacting with it. It does it with some games too
(World Of Warcraft, Factorio). It doesn't happen when using other browsers
(Brave or Falcon).
It didn't happen when using 6.12 LTS.
Journalctl doesn't show anything related while triggering this behaviour.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Firefox in fullscreen (or a video) in multidisplay setup.
2. Move mouse between monitors.
OBSERVED RESULT
White or black frame is displayed, then draws properly
