SUMMARY
Upon waking from sleep, on a NVIDIA device the second monitor display does not
wake appropriately and changes resolution to something like 144p. Occurs on
NVIDIA devices only - not sure if this is a KWIN issue or a more general issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have a NVIDIA GPU.
2. Sleep your device via timeout (META + L works perfectly).
3. Wait 5 minutes.
4. Wake from sleep via a USB keyboard/mouse.
5. Look at monitor 2.
OBSERVED RESULT
Monitor switches to 144p-esque display with layout broken.
EXPECTED RESULT
Monitor restores in same state as upon sleep. (1920x1080@144hz in my case).
