Icons of different sizes looking all wonky and crazy
SUMMARY
As the Icons Only Task Manager fills up the icons get smaller, but instead of
getting smaller at the same time they fill the space with mismatched size,
which looks... crazy.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use the Icons Only Task Manager
2. Open more windows
OBSERVED RESULT
Some icons get smaller sooner than others.
EXPECTED RESULT
All icons to be the same size at any given time. When one gets smaller then all
others should, too.
