SUMMARY
KDE Neon this morning (2025.07.08) installed new updates and after shutdown and
start the machine the Wireless device is not working. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Installed update with reboot option
2. WIFI was still working. 
3. Shut down the computer. Later started but this time WIFI is not working. 

OBSERVED RESULT
cannot enable wireless device on laptop. Laptop is an old HP 640 G1. 
I will put back a windows SSD to see if issue is still there. 
EXPECTED RESULT
Wifi should work as it did before. If this is issue from update please help as
I do not want to use windows. It is a good time to switch.
