SUMMARY
Toggling Canvas Only Mode (Tab) has sudden jump upon first movement of the
canvas.
I believe this behavior didn't exist in 5.2.9, and is re-introduced in 5.2.10.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create new Document
2. Zoom all the way out
3. Tab
OBSERVED RESULT
There's a broken dark edge of the canvas on the right and bottom of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
When canvas is moved around, it should maintain the canvas position before
toggling Canvas Only Mode, and not jump abruptly.
