SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Add MenuBar=Enabled to ~/.config/dolphinrc under [MainWindow}
2. Launch Dolphin
3. Re-open ~/.config/dolphinrc
OBSERVED RESULT
The setting reverts to MenuBar=Disabled
EXPECTED RESULT
It should enable the menubar
