SUMMARY
I have a 7900XT GPU and a 4k 144Hz monitor connected over DP. I have DSC
enabled to have 144Hz@4K. When the monitor wakes up from standby i see
flickering screen artefatcs. The flickering is NOT happening at 120Hz or lower
refreshfrates. The flickering is NOT happening when the monitor was not in
standby.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set screen resolution 3840x2160 @144Hz (DSC must be enabled in monitor
settings)
2. Wait for the monitor to go into standby
3. Wake up monitor by moving mouse or press any key
OBSERVED RESULT
Flickering screen artefacts
EXPECTED RESULT
Stable screen picture without any flickering artefacts

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I have screen scaling enabled @130%.
I tried KDE (5.27) on Linux Mint 22.1 with the same results.
In Linux Mint Cinnamon / Windows 11 i did not experience any flickering after
wake up.
