STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open new project
2. Pop out and move any view window (observed most frequently with Fill and
Timeline, may take several tries)
OBSERVED RESULT
Program stalls for a few seconds, then suddenly closes.
EXPECTED RESULT
Rearranging views should not cause crashing.
